As a Leadership and Career Transitions Coach and Consultant, I partner with professional women of color who are ready to move forward with intention. I work in two capacities:

As a Leadership Coach, I help you strengthen your presence, build confidence, and navigate career transitions with clarity and authenticity. Through personalized, high-impact sessions, I support you in developing your leadership voice and creating sustainable paths forward.

As a Change Consultant, I work with organizations and their leaders to strategically plan and implement change. I provide implementation support and leadership coaching during the transition, helping executives and teams navigate organizational shifts while maintaining momentum and well-being.

I came to this work after navigating my own leadership transitions, learning firsthand how identity, ambition, and well-being intersect. I know what it means to lead in spaces that weren't built with us in mind, and I'm committed to helping women of color lead from wholeness, not exhaustion.

About Madjeen

I’m Madjeen Lorthe, a Leadership and Career Transition Coach helping women of color lead with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.

With more than 20 years of experience in mental health, organizational leadership, and team development, I’ve supported individuals and organizations through growth, restructuring, and change.

As a Black immigrant woman, I understand how identity and culture shape leadership journeys. My trauma-informed, intersectional approach ensures every client is seen, supported, and equipped to thrive professionally and personally.
